Utility Partners Expands Reseller Network With Radio Hospital

For Immediate Release

TAMPA, FL - (July 3, 2001) - Utility Partners, Inc., a leading software solutions provider for the utility distribution industry, today announced that Radio Hospital, the Lima, Ohio-based wireless communications provider, has joined its growing network of MobileUP™ resellers.

MobileUP™ is a modular, client/server and browser-based mobile data system that leads the industry in functionality and integration capability.

"We're extremely pleased to welcome one of Ohio's most respected and established communications providers as our newest alliance partner," said Michael Gursky, Utility Partners VP of Channels Management. "Radio Hospital's commitment to superior service and customer satisfaction will greatly enhance the value of MobileUP to their clients."

"Radio Hospital is glad to be a part of the Utility Partners team," said W.D. Miller, Communication Consultant with Radio Hospital.  "MobileUP is the proven, leading-edge mobile data solution many of our customers throughout Northwest and West Central Ohio have been looking for."

MobileUP™ is divided into two major modules: MobileDispatch™ and MobileField™. The modules work together to schedule, route, dispatch, and complete system-generated or regulatory agency required service, outage, maintenance, inspection, and construction work.

MobileUP's versatile MobileDispatch module allows dispatchers to respond immediately to field situations by enabling the fast reallocation of available resources qualified to work the order. MobileDispatch makes this possible by querying the current assignment status of all service technicians within a certain geographical area, and comparing the skill sets of technicians from a table driven database to determine the technician best suited to perform the work. MobileField allows the user to view and capture information related to the work, and round-trip orders back to the office from the field.
