Introduction
WRP combines the solutions from one vendor into a complete, integrated solution for work, outage,
resource, and mobile workforce management. Work Management functionality includes the creation and processing of simple and complex work, with full workflow automation. Outage Management provides
automation for restoration and system operation or analysis functionality for users without fully modeled customer connectivity. Resource Management includes all employees, contractor, vehicles, and equipment
modeling, tracking and availability, forecasting, and scheduling. Mobile Workforce Management provides real-time coordination between the dispatcher and field technicians and/or crews, including data capture in
the field. Therefore, within the WRP product line, the user has the ability to initiate, plan, schedule, manage, complete, and close, in an office and a mobile environment, emergency, service, inspection, maintenance
and construction work.
Complex Work
New functionality to the Utility Partners Work Resource Planning Suite enables processing of Complex
Work. Complex Work is work that has multiple levels of hierarchy (e.g., Project, Work, Request, Activity, Task), involves multiple days, has one or more dependent units of work, and/or involves facilities or
components of the facilities.
Products
WorkUP™
WorkUP™ is a browser-based work management application for facility and client work initiation, reporting, and management. WorkUP provides full compliance facility database for service, outage,
inspection, maintenance, and construction work management in a single application. From the ability to manually or automatically (based on time frequency or usage) generate new work to closure
of the work, the Work Flow logic within WorkUP navigates and informs users of their assignments. WorkUP utilizes templates standard to the product or user-defined to provide information to the user.
WorkUP can integrate with other UP or third party products for complete resource and outage management, work scheduling, and the mobile platform to capture results where they occur.

TroubleUP™
TroubleUP™ is an outage and power analysis tool designed for complete integration to improve distribution system reliability and quality of supply. TroubleUP has the ability to analyze and
consolidate related outage calls, then generate an order to resolve the outage.

PlanUP™
PlanUP™ is a universal resource management and scheduling application designed to process all
types of work. PlanUP has the intelligence to match orders with resources that meet appropriate skill, location, equipment, and timing requirements. To do this, PlanUP provides tools to record and
track personnel qualifications and availability as well as providing resource and workload forecasting tools to aid in the multiple-day scheduling process. PlanUP also provides the ability for the user to
set realistic appointments with customers based on real-tine resource availability and workload.

MobileUP™
MobileUP™ is a mobile data system for dispatch and field automation tool for all types of work, from customer service work to multiple-day construction jobs. MobileUP includes manual and automated
dispatch functions, wireless communication software, on-line field processing, work queues, and order creation and re-estimating in the field. MobileUP may be integrated in the UP WRP Product
Line or third party systems.

AnalyzeUP™ turns utility-related data into useful management information using a multidimensional data structure to produce detailed reports and analysis. Data from several systems can be included
in the model to provide comprehensive reports quickly and easily. Reports are generated with an easy-to-use interface based on a well-known user application, which allows powerful drill-down
capability with the click of a mouse.
