RF-800-00 High Level Business Case Wireless Systems Analysis
Service Pre-Requisites:
These are minimal. We assume the customer knows nothing about wireless communications. We assume the customer has no knowledge of the providers, both public and private. We will distribute the UP Wireless questionnaire, if the customer can fill it out prior to our arrival on site, this will accelerate this analysis, if not we will work with the customer to answer the questions.
Service Description:
Utility Partners will interview and review data supplied by customer and wireless solution providers, gathering the data needed to formulate a clear and concise idea of what the customer goals are, and what the solution providers responses are to those goals, this analysis will operate at a high level to produce a broad view of possible wireless solutions, and at the same time deliver a clear set of data as to the basic cost to roll out each service.
Service Deliverables:
The service deliverables will be a clear and concise report containing high level matricies of wireless solution provider comparisons, and cost.
