Service Pre-Requisites:
The CLIENT must supply the Utility Partners representative with the areas to be driven, preferably supplying a person knowledgeable in the service area and who knows where the coverage issues are due to day to day usage.
Service Description:
Utility Partners in conjunction with the CLIENT will drive test areas of interest to the CLIENT for the purpose of checking coverage either to do a concrete confirmation of coverage, or to document previously encountered coverage issues in order to seek correction of the issues from the providers. The product of the service will be a report with maps showing coverage as recorded in the drive test vehicle.
Service Special Conditions:
CLIENT must define areas to be drive tested.
Service Deliverables:
Report which shall contain coverage maps showing coverage issue areas as discovered in the drive test. Below are samples of coverage maps and graphs generated by test program.
